President Zardari Honors 2025 Civil Awards Recipients for Outstanding Contributions

Ms. Safinaz Muneer received the Sitara-i-Imtiaz for her work in social services, focusing on women’s empowerment and education. The late Dr. Abdul Sattar Edhi was posthumously honored for his lifelong dedication to humanitarian efforts, having established one of Pakistan’s largest social welfare systems, which continues to serve the nation’s populations in need.

The awards extended beyond national borders, highlighting efforts to strengthen Pakistan’s international relations. Ambassador Khalil Hashmi was honored for enhancing Pakistan-China diplomatic ties, fostering cooperation across multiple sectors. Chinese national Dr. Li Wei received recognition for his contributions to cultural exchange programs, promoting collaboration between Pakistan and China.
