Israel Declares Indefinite Military Presence in Syrian Buffer Zone

In a decisive move to ensure regional stability and protect national security interests, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) will maintain an indefinite presence in the Syrian buffer zone. Katz’s remarks came during a visit to Mount Hermon, where Israeli forces have been stationed following the recent fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime.
