Southampton Man Confesses to Multiple Teen Sex Offences

A man from Southampton, Christopher Dwan, has admitted to almost 20 child sex offences, including the rape of a teenage girl. The shocking details emerged during his appearance at Southampton Crown Court recently. 

Dwan, aged 39, of Reeves Way, Bursledon, pleaded guilty to a raft of serious charges. These include two counts of rape, six counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child, and three counts of taking indecent photographs of a child. The court also heard that Dwan admitted to voyeurism, upskirting, and making indecent images. Furthermore, he had previously pleaded guilty to four charges of making indecent images of a child and one charge of taking an indecent image.

The court was informed that these abhorrent acts took place between the summer of 2024 and June of this year. The victims involved were two young girls, one of whom was just 13 years old. The breadth and severity of the charges paint a disturbing picture of sustained and predatory behaviour.
