Table Space Leases Major Gurugram Office

Flexible workspace provider Table Space Technologies Pvt Ltd has leased approximately 5.34 lakh square feet at Intellion Park in Sector 59, Gurugram, for a monthly rent of ₹3.47 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate analytics firm PropEquity.

The lease, which commenced on August 1, 2024, will run for six years until July 31, 2030, and includes a three-year lock-in period. At ₹65 per square foot per month, the transaction underscores sustained demand for premium flexible office spaces across India’s corporate hubs.

Intellion Park, developed by Tata Realty, is strategically located off the Golf Course Extension Road. The campus offers seamless access to major routes, including Golf Course Road, MG Road, Faridabad Road, Sohna Road, NH-8, and the Southern Peripheral Road. It also benefits from improved connectivity via the Dwarka Expressway, the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, and a metro station within 10 minutes’ drive. The complex has emerged as one of Gurugram’s key office destinations, attracting global and domestic corporations seeking Grade A workspaces.

This lease significantly expands Table Space’s presence in India’s real estate market. The company has already secured over 1.35 million square feet across Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. In addition, it has announced plans to add another 1.75 million square feet in major metropolitan areas to keep pace with rising demand for managed workspace solutions.

Industry analysts note that Gurugram has seen steady interest from corporates for flexible leasing models. With companies re-evaluating workplace strategies after the pandemic, managed office operators like Table Space are positioning themselves as preferred partners by offering scalable, plug-and-play solutions. The Gurugram deal highlights the growing corporate preference for long-term flexibility combined with premium infrastructure.

For Table Space, the deal reflects its strategy to capture a larger share of India’s managed office segment by expanding aggressively in markets where multinational firms and technology companies continue to expand. By securing space in Intellion Park, the company is aligning with the demand from enterprises seeking locations that combine connectivity, modern amenities, and operational flexibility.

The agreement is one of the largest flexible workspace leases in Gurugram in recent months and further strengthens the city’s position as a leading commercial hub in North India.
